This is a tasty springtime pasta carbonara recipe that you can make in a snap!
1 bunch of asparagus cut into 1/2” pieces (blanch for 30 seconds in boiling water then immediately immerse in ice water)
1 package frozen peas
1 package linguine pasta
4 slices of bacon or pancetta cut into ½” pieces
3 eggs and ¼-cup of milk whisked together
½-cup grated parmesan cheese
Boil the pasta until done (al dente), drain and then return to the same pot.  Immediately stir in the egg/milk blend and then the cheese.  Then add the rest of the ingredients.  Salt and pepper to taste and toss in a bowl.  Serve family style!
